as a young person selling a property it can be a very nerve racking time, however Nick and his team made the entire process easy and calming. Nick communicated well with my self at all times showing that he "cared" about the person he was dealing with. I couldn't recommend Nick highly enough he got a great price for my property and was a pleasure to deal with.
