Nick professionally represented his seller but acted with integrity and honesty to both sides which allowed communication to flow freely as we conducted our due diligence. Nick is authentic and dependable and was patient with us as we navigated challenging circumstances and market conditions. Nick's knowledge of Rozelle and the Union building is impressive and he had some excellent tips about the local community and features of the suburb which were really helpful!
