Like this guy, Ray White could not sell my Property, so when someone recommended Nick i was not sure because i never heard from him before but ho ho, when he started i could see this man knows what he is doing. First Contract was within 5 days, we did not accept and sent him back, after another 2 weeks he got the right offer and we signed the contract. we are so impress with this agent, will recommend good old Nick to all my friends. The best thing is, he never even ask me for Marketing Fees, all his services are free, only paid him Commission.
