As first time sellers Nick took us through the ins and outs of the process as made us feel comfortable with the big leap we had taken, he was only to happy to help with anything even recommending trades etc and during the sale period became another member of the family regularly taking time to play with the kids. we achieved a great result smashing our reserve price and wouldn't hesitate in using Nick again.
Nick impressed us from the very beginning with his knowlege of the property. He has helped us all along with all of the needs and have been available even at shortest of the notices.
I found Nick to be sly on a number of occasions. He left things out of the contract with full knowledge that I had asked for it to be added, he tried to persuade me from using my lawyers building inspection clause to instead use his version with full knowledge that his did not protect me fully, he insisted I take out the building pest inspection and then only seconds after I signed the contract did he tell me that there was a default in the house. Overall it left me questioning his trust and honesty. Not what you want after putting so much money on the line. On the flip side, although I wouldn’t recommend or choose Nick as my real estate agent, he is friendly and confident, good communicator, prompt with following up, efficient with phone calls/messages and flexible with meetings/viewings.

From the time Nick came through and appraised my home to the Auction day, i was always kept in formed and upto date with what was happening with my property as he knew i was very stressed throughout the process but i knew i was dealing with the BEST well known Real Estate Agency in the City Of Wyndham. One thing is that I was very fortunate that not only did they look after my home for Sale they also made sure that my two kids (my dogs) were always locked up and out of the way for inspections.
