I approached Nick to market my property in Booragoon. After an initial inspection, Nick suggested a value and we agreed to market the property via an on-line auction. after two weeks of marketing, the auction exceeded the reserve and the value. Nick's marketing knowledge, contacts, advice and recommendations were invaluable, and I would not have achieved such a good outcome without him. I cannot highly recommend him and his team enough.

Communication was never a problem. Nick would answer his phone no matter what time we called. His knowledge of market is extremely good in the local real estate environment. He was professional at all times. Extremely courteous and just a nice person. Even though we would have liked a higher price, we fully understand that he worked extremely hard to sell our house under difficult circumstances.
