Right from the very first time I dealt with Nick he was awesome. He had come to our meeting prepared with knowledge of the area and what we would reasonably get for our house, he was so positive and enthusiastic and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. We listed with him and within 2 weeks had an offer and the open negotiations sale was better than I thought and we ended up getting more than expected.
