His experience as a used car salesman fits in perfectly with real estate sales. We were very quickly able to find common interests, other than real estate, and so our interaction was relaxed, no pressure, on our second visit we had time to walk over the property. I asked Nick to provide feedback to the vendors, the presentation of the home was outstanding given they were still resident and that I was (am) very excited to continue the development of the gardens that the vendors have created. I know how it feels to sell a place when my years of gardening were bull-dozed. I believe that Nick did pass these messages on and Nick suggested that me showing respect for what they have done in the gardens assisted in the sale.
