My experience with Nick was as a purchaser so his loyalty would no doubt be in the best interest of the seller. Having said that if I was selling he would be one of the first agents to come to mind to look after my property. Well , I bought 3 properties through Nick Walters that should indicate that I liked dealing with him. He provided the information I required although 2 properties I bought sight unseen which may indicate the trust I have in his confirmation of the conditions of the properties. Only met him once through the viewing of the last property bought. In negotiation, he mainly suggested the prices the vendors would accept . Not much of hard negotiating by me due to the fact that I find the prices acceptable. Don't know whether I was a smart investor here but being a foreign buyer , appreciated the " advice".
