Review on Nick Walters

Well , I bought 3 properties through Nick Walters that should indicate that I liked dealing with him. He provided the information I required although 2 properties I bought sight unseen which may indicate the trust I have in his confirmation of the conditions of the properties. Only met him once through the viewing of the last property bought. In negotiation, he mainly suggested the prices the vendors would accept . Not much of hard negotiating by me due to the fact that I find the prices acceptable. Don't know whether I was a smart investor here but being a foreign buyer , appreciated the " advice". Overall, I find Nick is a really good agent , one of the most helpful I have dealt with and will certainly wish to deal with again in the future. Regards, Seng lee
