Nick obviously enjoys interacting with people and has a warm easy manner. He talked to me about the best way to sell my property and listened to my opinions. Nick's original price appraisal was very reasonable and he sold my house quickly and at a higher price than our range. Nick kept me informed throughout the whole process and dealt with my stress with humour and understanding. Nick's description of my house in the advertising focused on the positives and was truthful with no fluffy fillers and useless adjectives. That particularly impressed me and I liked all the advertising text and photographs we used. Nick enjoys negotiating and was open in his dealings with everyone involved. I would happily get Nick to sell any house I owned but would probably be reluctant to buy from him as he clearly tells you he is out to get the best price for his client. There is never any misunderstanding with Nick as to who his client is, something that I haven't always found with other agents. I recommend Nick to anyone selling their home.
