Nick is a very professional and knowledge agent in the Casuarina area. We were always given lots of time to prepare for inspections . Buyers whom were bought through our home were qualified every time to ensure no time wasting for everyone . I highly recommend Nick to anyone considering selling their home.

Nick kept as up to date with all genuine interest on the property and gave the right advice on when to take the best offer when it was presented. Nicks calm And warm nature always made us feel well looked after. We are extremely happy and would never use another agent in buying or selling. Thanks Nick

We had the pleasure of listing our property with Nick and cannot speak highly enough. Nick is easy to communicate with, is very knowledgeable about our area and is also just a top bloke. He made sure our goals were his priority and we sold our property for asking price. We will definitely be working with Nick again in the future

We had the pleasure of working with Nick Witheriff to sell our first family home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We were stuck abroad at the time we decided to sell in September 2020. Fortunately we were in safe hands. Throughout the entire process, being first time sellers, we felt at ease knowing Nick had it all under control with our interest at heart. He is incredibly professional, easy to talk with and humble, and continually kept us up to date.

Throughout the whole process Nick remained positive, kept me engaged and I have never had so many updates from an Agent, I was quite impressed and never needing to contact Nick as he was always sending me updates and calling me regarding the performance of my property and buyer interest. Not only did Nick end up selling my property, he achieved a price that I at times did not think were even possible given the market conditions at the time!

Nick was very professional, easy to deal with. Went above and beyond, great communication and a great bloke.

Nick made the entire process simple, streamlined and as stress free as possible. His calming presence, market knowledge and professionalism are exceptional. He goes out of his way to help you through the process, communicates openly and genuinely cares about the end result for his buyers and sellers. I highly recommend him and the team at LJ Hooker Kingscliff/ Casuarina.

There really is no surprise that Nick and the team are the industry leaders and record holders in the area. Nick's professionalism and market knowledge is second to none. He is the easiest person to communicate with and has the seller's best interests at heart. His eye for detail and clever marketing meant we sold at a record price. We could not be happier and look forward to working with Nick again in the future. Thank you Nick.
