Nick was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very mindful of the big job it is to get a house prepared for inspections and worked well with us to make this as easy as possible. Nick was a wealth of knowledge end very very easy to deal with

Our experience with Nick was seamless from start to finish. His work ethic, manner and professionalism are outstanding. He is honest and reliable, wanting nothing but the best for you and the outcome for all parties involved. We were extremely happy with the result and Nick's knowledge, experience and guidance made us feel comfortable and in the best hands possible to get the job done. Thank you to Nick, Carol and the LJHooker team Ange and Smiley Cleary

Having bought and sold homes over the years in both AU and the UK I haven't come across anyone as great as Nick. No pressure, no dramas, just incredible support during a time that is often very stressful. He made the whole process simple. He listens actively and then comes up with a plan that is tailor made for you and your situation. Even down to the smallest detail of the garden having weeds in it when we moved in - Nick called his gardener to come and sort it and 30 mins later it was sorted. I would recommend Nick and his team wholeheartedly.

Nick and his team were great to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and professional. The whole process of marketing to selling was done with ease. We would have no hesitation, recommending and using him again.

Fantastic communication skills and 💯 care taken to look after us on all levels. Nick has been amazing both times we have engaged him. Definitely recommend him and his team.

Nick, Brian and Denise offers such professional and stress free service, they are great communicators, reliable and go above and beyond to sell your property. Excellent result, highly recommend.

We purchased through Nick a couple of years ago - at the time he was a delight to deal with- great communication and made the whole process seamless. He stayed in touch which is in keeping with his ethos of maintaining community ties and goodwill for all of his clients. When we expressed interest in selling he was prompt, again extremely professional and excellent on the communication front. Nick went to great trouble to achieve the price we were wanting for our property. Ultimately our most recent dealings with him and his team resulted in very happy vendors and buyers. We would highly recommend him in both instances.

Nick is the most trustworthy, honest, professional and experienced agent you will find. He brings a new generation approach to selling property that I can only describe as elite and deserves nothing but respect. I would use him a thousand times over and recommend him to anyone wanting the sales process to be handled by a true professional. Thank you Nick

We couldn’t have asked for a smoother sale of our home, Nick is an Excellent communicator and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Nick is a really genuine Down to earth person that made us feel really comfortable in what we had set out to achieve. Highly Recommend Nick

Nick is a down to earth consummate professional with good communication skills. Under challenging circumstances we all worked together to achieve a good outcome for buyer, seller and agent.

Nick was great to deal with. He was down to earth and realistic, which I think gave him an edge in working with potential buyers, as people trusted what he had to say. He achieved a great price for our listing! He communicated well with us and really gave us some expert advice on how to best achieve our sales goal. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Nick as one of the agents representing us in the sale of our home guided us expertly through the options and process. We relied on his extensive knowledge of our local market to vary our strategy to achieve success. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and we have no hesitation in recommending him as a reliable and trustworthy agent in the area.
