This guy is the best agent I have ever used. Unlike other agents that I have used in the area, Nick would always call me immediately after every inspection for an update. He would even stay back for an additional hour during the 30 minute inspection turning them into 1.5 hour inspections, no other agent would do this, they usually run off in a hurry! Nick is a very friendly guy and thus very approachable which is important for a salesperson. He doesn't just open the door like a doorman, he actually sells the property. This was really important to me and is what set Nick apart from the other agents. Nick had an in depth knowledge of the local market and our property. His knowledge and guidance helped us with the property ready as well as helping us with decisions along the way. He arranged the staging and the photography and took extra time to ensure it was done properly.
