Nicki is honestly such a breath of fresh air in the real estate space! I was fortunate enough to both buy and sell with her and her level of honesty, compassion, transparency and genuine interest in my journey is like nothing I have experienced before. She also achieved multiple offers on my place WAY above what I had ever expected.
