Nick made the process of selling our home of 20 years simple. From the initial meeting and valuation, we received very clear communication and outstanding service. Nick arranged Leanne Zahra from Interim Interiors to advise on styling, which was a fun process and also extremely valuable in ensuring our house presented well for photography. Photography and house layout plans were also easy - all happened quickly and on time. Nick discussed all plans with us, arranged open homes and private inspections to work in with our needs and to ensure maximum numbers of potential buyers were able to see the property. We definitely felt that Nick was working for us (often well outside standard business hours) and we had complete confidence in his opinions and advice. We were very happy with the final sale price and the speed at which the sale was achieved. The service didn’t stop at the signing of the contract. We received regular calls just checking on how we were going with packing and making sure we didn’t need any help. We would definitely recommend Nick to anyone selling their home.
