I had a great experience with Nikolas through number of properties. He is trust worthy, reliable, has good knowledge on properties and today's market. He will be my number 1 agent to go to for all other related property matter. I will highly recommend Nikolas to anyone when you are looking to sell your property.
Nicholas kept things very transparent and constantly looked for solutions to make things work. He was flexible with the inspection dates and ensured the concerns I had, immediately got attention. It was pleasure to get my unit through Nicholas.
Nickolas is a great man. He helped me get a good property and thinks about both the benefits of buyers and vendors so that both are happy. Would defs recommend him any day :)
Nickolas was responsive, respectful, not pushy, really helped me get me across the line.

Really professional agent. Excellent communication skills, pretty reliable, very patient. Always willing to help
We are very happy we chose Nickolas from Element Realty to sell our house. Before Nickolas we listed our house with another agent - who could not sell our house in 3 months, Nickolas sold our house in less than 3 weeks Nickolas was always available for communication and all his dealing were very professional. Nickolas made our sale process smooth and successful as well as getting a very good sales price that we were very happy with, he was always positive, enthusiastic and energetic. I would highly recommend Nickolas from Element Realty
