Through out the process she showed professionalism, honesty, kindness, patience, compassion and empathy for both us and the vendor. Nothing was to much of an ask. She went above what was required of her and even assisted a tenant to find alternative accommodation. All parties were kept in the loop about what was happening and she was able to refer us to other quality services when we asked. (building inspectors, conveying services etc). NIcky was very professional and friendly when we wanted to view the house. When we requested a short 2nd viewing to check TV outlets etc Nicky was more than happy to assist. We mentioned we might need some tradespeople in the near future and Nicky immediately offered to provide names of reliable tradespeople she had used in the past which is very useful as we are new to the area. Overall we had a very good experience with Nicky and the office staff of Barker Real Estate and would happily use them to sell or buy property in the future.
