Nicky and team were an absolute pleasure to deal with on a property that had issues and could have been very difficult. Taking a pragmatic view, she was a clear and prompt communicator between buying and selling parties and made sure that a fair deal was achieved for both. Gus was a fountain of knowledge for local suppliers and trade contacts. The team worked long hours and often called at weekends and late evening, to ensure actions were agreed and completed promptly.
