Nicky was very easy to work with. We quickly built a rapport with her as she had a very caring attitude. She was informative and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she would always endeavour to find out. She worked swiftly and professionally and was very approachable. Always going the extra mile. Her team worked alongside her with the same level of commitment. We had a little more complex situation but Nicky worked tirelessly to help sort it all out. We were very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Nicky and her team.
