Nicky's marketing skills were evident from start. I was, at first, concerned about not using a local agent, however, Nicky explained that this did not matter. The property's price was to be established through the market itself two weeks after the campaign started. (i.e. the initial buyers themselves produced a selling price that was referenced to current trends and local sales).
