When we first signed with Nicky, COVID-19 was a blip on the radar. Our house had been rented for 6 years and needed a lot of work to get it ready for sale. Nicky and her team employed quality tradesmen at reasonable prices and managed the lot on our behalf. We did plenty of due diligence before settling on Nicky as our agent.
