Nicky did an incredible job marketing and selling our property. She initially gave some simple and practical tips for styling for our photographs (and the photos were stunning!) and for some minor fix-ups that were easy to arrange but made a huge difference to buyers' first impressions. During the marketing period, we were under time pressure due to an interstate move, but Nicky remained calm and reassuring. The property was under contract after less than six weeks, sold to purchasers who couldn't make it to a scheduled open, but whom Nicky had arranged a private inspection for.
