I bought this house from Nicky 7 years ago and asked her to help me sell it again as we moved away. Nicky was honest in her appraisal. Optimistic and realistic about achieving a sale in a difficult market, she supported us with connecting to trades and given we were 1600klm away she opened the home and looked after everything for us. Nicky looks at the house like her own and tells you what she would do.
