Nicky was able to follow-up on previous contact made by the eventual buyer and re-establish negotiations upwards of the buyer's last offer. The final price was below our range by $20,000 but considering the market conditions at the time, no conditions applied and immediate full payment offered by the buyer, we accepted it.

Ours wasn’t an easy transaction but Nicky stuck with us, working with the vendor and us to achieve a mutually pleasing result. Nicky kept us informed and updated every step of the way. We would recommend Nicky if you’re looking to purchase off their book. Thanks again Nicky ☺️
