For some context we were previously on the market and listed with another local St Ives agency we thought would be great that promised a lot and delivered a very disappointing experience. Low numbers through, lack of energy and salesmanship, little follow through and feedback and a feeling that we should take a lower price than we all knew it was worth just to get it sold.
