We used Belle Properties and Nicky, in particular, to sell our property in Mona Vale. For the first time in my life (our 10th sale in Australia and overseas) our real estate transaction from start to finish was totally professional, clearly documented and communicated, and, dare I say it enjoyable. At no stage were there any obstacles or difficulties and all of the people recommended by Nicky - such as stylist and lawyers - were excellent. The total process from the preparation for listing, preliminary listing to create interest, listing, viewing and then negotiation was a joy to watch, in our case from a distance!!
