Nicky approached me in the very beginning with an unusual offer, she said " give me two weeks to sell you're home, or I am happy for you to use another agent, I only need 2 weeks!" and that's exactly what she did!! Not only that, but she quickly reached the money I wanted and then proceeded to get more and more again.. Bear in mind that I had been trying to sell my place for 1 year, with 3 fallen through contracts! Nicky is Amazing to say the least.
