Nicky had been the agent of choice of my Mum from several years back, and it was particularly gratifying to carry this relationship through to the end of the sale process for our Mum's estate. You knew that your situation was being handled by a person with energy, intelligence, creativity and very sound market knowledge. Nicky's level of professionalism within her industry allowed her to call on a wide and skilled support base of associates who could advise on every situation, no matter how challenging. For example she called on her links with a town planner for expert advice on an issue that did perplex us. No other agent in comparative early consultation could or would offer this level of support. This service alone was a clincher to convince us that she was our choice. Beyond the usual sale process there were estate issues that required more than average diplomacy, and this problem was managed with understanding and great sensitivity. Nicky was extremely good at tapping into the emotional aspects of a property rather than functional things like numbers of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces. We believe this approach warms potential buyers to the properties she sells and increases their enthusiasm to buy. This was the main thing that differentiated Nicky from other agents we have worked with in the past. This sensitivity, combined with her considerable organisational skills and attention to detail made the whole experience of selling our house a positive one from start to finish. Her market knowledge and advice were accurate and insightful, plus the people she recommended to provide property and pool compliance inspections, etc. were prompt and extremely professional (just like her). Nicky showed great initiative and rapidly dealt with any issues that cropped up during the sale period while always keeping us informed of progress. Her reporting of Open Days and buyer feedback was comprehensive and sensitive. Overall, we felt Nicky showed tremendous commitment to selling our home and provided by far the best experience we have had dealing with an agent in either a buying or selling capacity.

Nicky was acting for the vendor, not me as purchaser, so not engaged by me. That said, she was wholly professional in every way. An unfortunate issue arose for the vendor between exchange and settlement and Nicky was able keep the settlement on track - in fact even bring it forward to match the settlement date for the house I was selling. All rather tricky at the time, but well handled.
