An Agent who gives more than 100 per cent!

A better Agent than Nicola would be hard to find. We could not have picked a worse time to sell a house due to the Covid 19 Virus but having purchased another we had no choice. Nicola went far beyond what you expect from a Real Estate Agent working under an extremely difficult time, and a week after going to the market home opens were cancelled! However Nicola never gave up and with her positive nature and a work ethic that left no stone unturned, she accomplished the impossible and sold our house within a month. Sadly we had to reduce the price but that was brought about by the circumstances and nothing to do with Nicolas hard work. Her generosity must also be mentioned. After every sale she asks the Vendor to suggest a Charity of their choice and out of her commission $500 is donated to that charity. In our case my wife decided on donating to Cystic Fibrosis and their gratitude was wonderful to see. If you are looking for a top Agent we could not recommend Nicola more.
