I met Nicola Pertini by chance when a friend was selling her house , I listened to her talking about her firm and methods . So when I was putting my own house on the market it was a very easy decision to know who I would go with, not only because she worked for a reputable estate agent but because of her professionalism and help in selling our house it made the whole exercise effortless and worry free . Nicola is fantastic! She has a honest nature. Our experience showed us that she has a strong loyalty to the vendor where she built a good rapport but reciprocates this to the buyer as well. Nicola is not over bearing or pushy, which is very refreshing after some of the agents we were dealing with before we found our home.
