Nicola is fantastic! She has a honest nature. Our experience showed us that she has a strong loyalty to the vendor where she built a good rapport but reciprocates this to the buyer as well. Nicola is not over bearing or pushy, which is very refreshing after some of the agents we were dealing with before we found our home. Communication was impeccable she was there for all the big questions and the little ones. As this was our first home we had a lot of questions where she had all the time to answer them and work with us. No question was too big - nothing was a bother. Working with Nicola was seamless and smooth - she was always a phone call away. Nicola went above and beyond - for the vendor, she gave her plants out of her own garden so the garden didn't look as bare! And for us the buyers she delivered us pizza on our moving day as she knew we wouldn't have time to think about dinner. We will defiantly be calling Nicola when it comes time to sell - but in the meantime we will enjoy our first home that was all made possible by Nicola.
