She had very high hopes and came off very confident (some would say cocky) in getting me a price that seem unrealistic in the market place and I liked it. Nicola initially advised valued our home for more than what we or she in the end thought we would have gotten. In saying that she was enthusiastic and informative in all our dealings and communication with her. She may have over estimated what we would achieve in price and I feel she and we were a bit disappointed in the final price, but in the end we sold and were ready to move on.
