Honestly, getting Nicola to be our agent to sell our house was the best thing we could do. After seeing 3 other agents from different real estate companies, I knew I wanted her as our agent, although my partner at the time only cared about set low commission rate. Nicola is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in what she does. She genuinely cares about her clients even well after everything have been finalised and the keys have been handed over to the new owners.
