One thing about Nicola and the team @ Barry Plants Pakenham was that everything that was promised was delivered.. We had our home on 1 acre that we wanted to sell and also our 1.5 acres of land that sat behind our home also for sale.. Both separate transaction were handled superbly.. Not easy to do; 2 separate transactions...sell land first and then find someone else to buy our home.. But Nicola did this both within 2 weeks of being on the market and did not disappoint. From arranging the photos to sales contract was spot on. Nicola understood our situation and found ways to work around them. What impressed me the most was after ever open house we received a call with a full explaining all outcomes on the day...
