Unlike every other agent i have had to deal with, she was not at all annoying, or pestering (which would otherwise make me feel unsettled and cornered in my decision making). Initially was curious to see what our place was worth, asked 4 real estate companies for an appraisal. Nicola called within 20 minutes and was friendly, open and honest and showed great initiative in getting a ball rolling. We never heard back from the two - the other send a generic auto-response email and never followed up. Upon meeting, it was clear that Nicola was the right choice for us as we immediately clicked. Along with Aaron we were given some helpful advice and again Nicola and Aaron were on hand when my wife was ready to think about going ahead with a sale. Within 2 weeks of going on the market, we had sold. This was due to Nicola's hard work, availability, and tenacity at finding and showing the property to the right people. We ultimately got a price well above what recent sales in our immediate area were for but much in line with our expectations that our property was worth. The sale came at a great time for us as we needed to upsize, and Nicola was outstanding in making that happen and keeping us abreast of any questions, changes or requirements to move ahead. I would (and already have) thoroughly recommend Nicola as - though our relationship is a professional one - she makes us feel like we've known each other for years and could quite easily go for a meal with respective families. THAT personal touch is what made us want to work with Nicola in the first place and we both hope that we see Nicola around for many years to come.
