Helpful and considerate

Nicola was incredibly helpful and patient throughout my purchasing experience. Unlike every other agent i have had to deal with, she was not at all annoying, or pestering (which would otherwise make me feel unsettled and cornered in my decision making). Rather she provided me ample space and time to decide what i wanted to do and provided guidance and advice when requested.
