Unfortunately after we purchased our new Seaford property, my wife and I felt somewhat abandoned by the agent. Obtaining certain dimensions to ensure our furniture was going to fit in the new place was lacking, with slow responses, some of which we discovered were inaccurate once we went into the property for the final inspection and measured up areas of the house ourselves. The advertised surround sound equipment had been removed by the vendor with the agent telling us to contact our conveyancer even though it clearly stated that the equipment was to be sold with the house online and on the physical brochure - no responsibility from the agent was taken. A real lack of care, attention to detail and communication was displayed by the agent and team which really made the moving in process more stressful and concerning than it needed to be. We've had friends and family recently buy and sell properties and the experiences they had were positive, in some cases resulting in the seller and buyer forming a relationship which allowed additional sales of furniture in the selling house. Also, information between the seller and buyer was free flowing, which makes the entire experience much less stressful and unsure. Unfortunately we didn't experience this with O'Brien's.

Nicola is an exceptional agent. 4 years ago she already impressed us by her dedication and passion when showing us a property in Bonbeach. Despite not buying from her at the time she remained in our memory and after one quick face to face meeting we were sure that she is the right agent for us when selling now. The campaign went absolutely perfect and the property was under contract within 5 days on the internet, 1 open for inspection and after a 2 buyer bidding competition.
