NICLOLA is an active member of the first national agent and i am happy with the service i receive to purchase the property i bought recently.
We were really disappointed with Nicola from the outset. We were keen to put in an offer however had to email our details/offer etc through so she could prefill form. To be honest, I would have expected Nicola to come and personally sign up the offer or provide an explanation to why this couldn't be completed. We only live 2minutes away in Atwell. As all our items were packed in boxes etc we had to get two kids in the car at 7pm to drive to a friends house with a printer. I purposely emailed Nicola to confirm when keys could be collected (and the office girls replied as soon as settlement went through). Accordingly I went to the office aftersettlement and her reply was 'I didn't know you were coming so don't have them ready'...this maybe due to a lack of communication though I was dissapointed. Upon inspection of the house Nicola detailed the entertainment/projector would only be coming if the price was right yet it was in the add and subsequently was left behind. When I emailed Nicola, her assistant would reply. Leaving for two requests going unactioned.
The advice Nicola provided regarding the market value of my property was very good, she also provided very good advice with regard to the staging of my home with furniture which resulted in a quick sale. The process was very professional and Nicola was very responsive throughout.
Nicola was great to deal with when selling our property. She was in touch as soon as home opens were complete with a full run down of the prospective buyers that came through. She offered good advice in preparing the house and areas that we could improve on to help sell the property. Everything was done and dusted very quickly but it didn't feel like we skimped out or missed anything. Would definitely recommend Nicola if you're looking to sell a property.
