She spent considerable time showing me the unfamiliar surrounding suburb over facetime. Because of her excellent service and care, she reduced my stress level significantly. When I finally saw the place it was exactly as she had described. Nicola was upfront and extremely easy to deal with. I have bought and sold numerous times and she made this experience so much easier despite that I was interstate at the time.
