My wife and I were very impressed with the service offered by Nicolas during the sale of our Neutral Bay unit. We were impressed even before formally selecting him as he had a good knowledge of the building with strong history of sales of other units within it which he communicated it to us. Nicolas was courteous, professional and realistic in his appraisal of our unit and its sale prospects. The marketing of the unit matched the market for which buyers would be most likely attracted to it. Importantly, Nicolas kept us informed on a daily basis about the feedback we were receiving from prospective buyers. On the day of the auction we had four registered bidders, with two in particular showing strong interest. Nicolas was instrumental in following up all parties that came through the unit and opened it up for private inspections when required. Nicolas was very good at explaining the situation on the day of the auction to both bidders and myself, the vendor.
