Nicolas was very personable, and easy to communicate with - checked-in just the right amount and did so very concisely so there was never any confusion. My partner and I had been on and off house-hunting for about a year and compared to almost all agents, we felt Nicolas was the most effective at selling the whole package - sometimes we would consider a house but because of the agent’s demeanour we weren’t interested in continuing through the process. From inspection, to making an offer and then going to auction, we felt very comfortable. Nicolas was friendly and professional, and presented the house so nicely we made it our first home 😌
