Nicolas was very personable, and easy to communicate with - checked-in just the right amount and did so very concisely so there was never any confusion. My partner and I had been on and off house-hunting for about a year and compared to almost all agents, we felt Nicolas was the most effective at selling the whole package - sometimes we would consider a house but because of the agent’s demeanour we weren’t interested in continuing through the process.
