One recommendation for the agency processes is that you need to automate reports. The reason is that I felt a bit blind across the sale and was a bit hard to keep in touch, of course!.. because the agent might be in a remote area most of the time when I call. Maybe you need to automate the reporting for the vendors in that way we don't need to chase up the agent for updates every week, and avoid that frustration feeling we could have of not having any update.
