He knew what comparable properties had sold for recently and he knew how much stock was currently on the market. Nicolas didn't rush us at all - evenly though we were often slow to respond to his messages. He understood how difficult it was for us to attend meetings and made every effort to be flexible and accommodating. Nicolas gave his time generously and even answered many questions about our simultaneous purchase, which had nothing to do with him. He punctually contacted each prospective buyer and kept us informed after every inspection and subsequent discussion. I'd been in contact with Nicolas since I had my property managed by M&M, once I was ready to sell ... Nic was my go-to-guy ... currently living over in Singapore Nic took care of everything - down to small details ensuring everything was done to get the property into it's best shape for the auction. Nic provided detailed updates throughout the campaign - I was always confident in a solid outcome given the work he put into it. I achieved a great result on the day - beyond my expectations - all credit to Nic. Early on in the piece I joked about achieving a certain price I would take a year off to travel. Looks like the joke became a reality ;) Definitely recommend Nic to anyone thinking of selling - even if it's to look at long term plans to get best market value.
