They said the owner will fix the fences but they did not fix it probably. They also change the sink at the kitchen to the older one after I sign the contract. After I got the house key I figure out the garage keys are missing. Contact Nichole and she said she will ask her property manager. However they didn't give me an answer even I tried to contact them after waiting for a month. I called them, they did not pick up the phone and they just ignore my message as well. I'm planning to buy some other properties to invest but definitely not with Explore Property Cairns.
