Due to location and a terrible driveway, our house was difficult to sell. Nicole and her team worked tirelessly during the listing period and eventually found us a purchaser willing to pay our price. The building and pest report was very pedantic and Nicole negotiated with the purchasers a repair list. She also provided a list of repair men for us to use. There were also legal issues to be resolved before settlement and Nicole also helped us through these. This is the second time we have used Nicole’s agency. Having dealt with many Cairns agencies both professional and personal We have found Bragg Real Estate to be by far the best.

Nicole contacted us on listing this property saying it would suite us and our life style. We liked it and through Nicole negotiated a purchase price. There was a three week gap between settlement of our sale and this purchase and Nicole found us cheap secure storage for our furniture. After three months we still love it.
