I purchased my house through Bragg Real Estate earlier this year. I dealt with 2 agents during the conveyancing process. Regrettably, I was talked into offering top dollar for the house to secure. Despite having contracts signed within 2 days, Bragg Real Estate went ahead with an open house. After settlement I was very disappointed to find that the solar electricity system didn't work along with a cleaning pool pump, rotten boundary fence adjoining pool, rat damage to ducted air conditioning flexiduct, 2 broken roof vent fans, oven griller didn't work, broken blinds as well as other defects. This has resulted in unexpected major costs with no compensation to date.
