From the first phone call to view the property we ended up buying Nicole was easy to get hold of, even making time to answer and arrange a a viewing while she was on the road in Townsville. Nothing was to hard and she met our needs. Given that an associate showed us around the property Nicole followed up the next day with a phone call and i was eager to shout out that I loved the property, thinking that this may have been a mistake from a sales perspective Nicole proved me wrong and there was no pushy sales agent agenda from Nicole. It was a hard sale with neither myself or the seller wanting to budge on our prices but in the end Nicole was fantastic and when ready to walk away Nicole managed to negotiate & make both parties happy. Nicole and her team answered all my questions quickly and explained everything in an easy and understandable way. There were many little gestures that were so thoughtful that came from Nicole and her team such as a house warming gift when we got given the keys. A bottle of wine to celebrate when we signed all the contracts, the small gestures really made us feel more than just a customer, it made it feel as though this was a monuments time in our life (which it was) & Nicole helped make it that little bit more special.
