Nicole was great with communication and was good to buy a house from. However she worked more for the seller interest than buyer. It was slightly disappointing to get no “celebration” package when settlement went through. In the past we have received at least a bottle of champagne, however with this sale we only got a keyring. We received 2 keys for the whole property, with many doors in the house with no keys. On settlement date we weren’t given the pre-settlement inspection and had to go ourselves in which we noticed one of the conditions of sale hadn’t been done.

We had been looking for our forever home for quite some time when we saw the listing for our home and subsequently attended the open home inspection.
