Nicole's knowledge of the market and where it was going was spot on, her advice was perfect. She was honest about what to expect in the current market which we were very grateful for. Nicole was always punctual, communicated very well and made the entire process extremely easy. Answered any questions we had about selling and even helped with questions and paperwork with the purchasing of our new home.
