Nicole helped the reviewer buy this property

15 Yacht Street - Southport

Nicole Brickwell was the selling agent for 15 Yacht Street - without her help - assistance - very easy communication and timeless open house inspection - I would never got this property, especially we needed a 5 month settlement period and Nicole was out of her normal working hours communication between the seller and myself. She was always reachable - out of office time - assisting in the negotiation between seller and myself in this difficult time. Thanks again for her very professional manners - Regards Karin Schultheiss
